M: How did you get interested in hiking? interested(인트V스투인)
W: I became interested in hiking a few years ago.
W: I used to work out of at a gym, but when my boyfriend became interested in hiking,
I started hiking with him. out of(아우럽) , used to ~하곤 했었다.
M: Where do you go hiking?
W: I usually go hiking on well-known mountains like Mt.Elbert or Mt.Mitchell

W: I first became interested in music when I was in high school.

W: I initially enjoyed a lot of mainstream pop music. mainstream : 주류, 대세
I still like mainstream pop music but my preference now is classical music.

W: I haven’t been able to sleep for three days.

W: No. I’m not taking any medication now.

M: Okay.
W: First, drive down 1st street going west, cross the river, and keep going straight until Wall Street.
M: Until Wall Street?
W: Right. Then turn left, and the movie theater is the first building on the right.

M: Where to?
W: Well, I’m going to the Opera House. Opera(아쁘V러)

M: Well, that all depends on the traffic.
M: But it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes.
W: Okay. Do you have any idea how much the fare will be? fare 요금 “요금은 어느 정도 나올까요?”
M: Oh. it shouldn’t be more than 20 dollars.

W: Sorry?
M: Jonathan, but all my friends and family back in the States call me John.
W: Okay, John. So tell me about your family?
M: Well, I have one brother and four sisters.
W: That is a big family! So are you the oldest?
M: No. I’m the second oldest in my family.
