W: It seems nice but it’s kind of complicated to get to. it’s kind of(잇츠 카인덥)

M: It’s only been a few days. You will get used to it. get used to : ~에 익숙해지다.
며칠 밖에 되지 않았잖아. 곧 있으면 익숙해질 꺼야.

M: What kind of facility does it have around?
W: There are restaurant, coffee shop, a library and a laundry.

M: How many courses are you taking this semester? 이번 학기에 몇 학점을 듣니?

W: I’m taking a 7 courses. There are 21 credits.

M: Wow. That’s a lot.

W: How do you like your new semester?

M: Good! But it seems like there are some changes.

W: Why?

M: Everything looks the same but it’s digitalized now.

M: Hi. I’m James and I spoke to one of your staff member 10 minutes ago.

   He said he would come to fix my ceiling, but now he says that he can’t come today.

W: We’re sorry, but he has got an urgent matter. I’ll find someone else to visit you.
